ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within up to 10 business days. Processing times may vary due to order volume and fulfillment capacity.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, Yume Race Society is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping where available.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are non-refundable.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
Yume Race Society is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Yume Race Society is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at aj@yumeracesociety.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
