Refund policy
At Yume Race Society, all sales are final.
Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, changes, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items. All products are non-refundable.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at aj@yumeracesociety.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery. If your claim is approved, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Shipping & Processing
Orders may take up to 10 business days to be processed before shipping. Processing times may vary due to order volume and fulfillment capacity.
Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure all order details, including shipping address and selected items, are correct before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.
Right to Refuse Service
Yume Race Society reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
